🛒Shopping Lists
Keep all your shopping organized and synced across your team. Create lists for anything you need and set them as public (shared with your team) or private (only you). Premium users can create multiple lists.

Add items you plan to buy and check them off as you go. Checked items can be instantly logged as expenses into a preselected category or subcategory.
Uncheck All to reset the entire list.
Send any shopping list to My Day for easier planning and shopping
Enable the Repeated option to keep items on the list even after checking them off — perfect for recurring shopping.

Organize tasks and expenses into projects — perfect for trips, events, and long-term goals. Projects stay synced across your team so everyone works from the same plan.
Group related tasks and expenses in one place. Complete tasks and track your progress with a simple chart showing your project's completion percentage.

Send tasks from any project directly to My Day for easier daily planning.
Choose whether a project is public (team-shared) or private (only you).
Premium users can create multiple projects.

A simple, shared planner that keeps your team aligned. My Day shows today's tasks and events in a clean list view so you always know what's ahead.
Tasks and events update across your entire team. Tasks last 30 minutes by default, while events can be any duration you choose.
Add tasks directly in My Day or bring them in from:
- Projects
- Shopping Lists
